~Our Purpose~
Adoration of the Eucharistic Heart of Jesus through the Virgin Mary is at the heart of our vocation. It is the inspiration that has lead us through many trials, the conviction that has fueled our determination, and the desire that daily urges us onward. Regardless of criticisms, finances, and uncertainties, this particular motive has remained for us unshakably firm: to adore Christ reigning in Mary.
For the time being, our adoration must be largely that of the spirit: adoring the will of God in the various unexpected circumstances that arise each day, acknowledging the perpetual influence of our Lady's grace in each of life's momentary circumstances, recognizing Jesus Christ who reigns everywhere, in all situations, and on all occasions, even outside the Chapel. These are the early, yet tender fruits of our desire; Mary Immaculate will see to the rest.

~ Our Prayer~
Currently, daily Mass and the Divine office, along with the Holy Rosary, the Angelus, and the perpetual novena to Our Lady and St. Joseph comprise our communal prayer, but one day, when the time is right, we hope to offer daily (and ultimately even perpetual) adoration of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Nevertheless, the Divine Office in itself, chanted and sung in-common, requires much energy to fulfil. Thus it is that devout women are needed, women with tenacity and enthusiasm, women with a fierce desire for the reign of Christ in Mary. Prayer is no petty affair and neither is a life devoted to it.
~Our Work~
As with many women, much of our work consists in maintaining the household, or in our case, the convent. Meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, sewing/patching, outdoor property maintenance and more take up a good part of the day. In addition to this, the various skills that each individual brings to the convent are generally put to use: whether they lie in the fields of technical trade, domestic crafts, the arts and sciences, health-care, computer/technology, education, business/finances. A great number of talents and abilities are yet needed during this early period of the community. Gardening and animal husbandry will ultimately be of great use, along with experience in the rudiments of wood construction .
~Our Horarium~ Based on the Holy Rule of our Father and Patron, Saint Benedict.
It is to be noted that this schedule is fulfilled to the best of our abilities at the current time. Such a schedule can be rigorous, but also overly strenuous when numbers are few. Adjustments are made according to circumstances and abilities.
